M & C Bassets collects application and contact details only to respond to puppy placement conversations, discuss household fit, and keep a private record of our correspondence with you.

When you send an application or a message, your answers are saved to our private database so we can review them, talk through household fit, and keep a record of our correspondence. We don’t sell or share your information, and we only use it to place a puppy with you.

While you’re filling out the application, your answers are saved in your own browser so a refresh or a short break doesn’t lose your place. That draft stays on your device only, clears when you submit or after two weeks, and goes away if you clear your browser data.

Please don’t send payment details through the application or contact forms. Anything financial happens by email or in person.
